Why we are hosting this:
So many of us feel disconnected from our creativity and pleasure after trauma
We may feel like we’ve lost our ability to dream, imagine and play. We may feel like our pleasure feels dishonest or even selfish amidst such suffering.
But the truth is that our creativity and pleasure is radical and it’s ours to reclaim.
Each of us is worthy of building bridges between safety and pleasure once again.
Each of us is capable of finding healing by inviting playfulness and artistry to the table.
You’re not alone in this journey of reclamation and we @hopehealingarts and @marleeliss are so excited to come together for an exciting workshop guiding us towards this very homecoming within a community context.
