Marlee offers 2 different types of 1-1 coaching containers and only works with 2-3 individuals at a time. Containers are typically 2+ months long.
Somatic Coaching: An inclusive, personalized container that acknowledges that there is no one size fits all when it comes to healing and reclamation. Dependent on your story and your needs, this support focuses on embodied safety and self-love, somatic healing, transforming body shame, boundary setting, trauma-informed intimacy and communication, sexual wellness, healing after trauma & LGBTQIA+ empowerment.
Embodied Leadership: This container is specific to community leaders, activists, teachers, influencers, creatives, thought leaders and impact makers of all kinds. You’ll receive support around big vision projects, bridge impact making with healing, create a step-by-step plan for bringing your visions to life, work through barriers both real and perceived, develop strategies for ethical change making, build skills for burnout prevention and more.
